 Why Small Group Works

The Group Brings the Energy.
The Coaching Makes It Personal.

You are not handed a generic workout and left to figure it out. Coaches guide the session, adjust the work to the person in front of them, and keep the plan moving forward over time.

01

A Plan You Can Follow

Training follows a structured progression so you know what you are working toward and why each session matters.

02

Coaching That Adjusts

Exercises are progressed, regressed, or modified based on your experience, limitations, confidence, and current ability.

03

Accountability That Notices

You are not anonymous. Coaches know your goals, recognize your progress, and notice when consistency starts to slip.

Keep Moving Forward With a Clear Plan.

As you become stronger, the plan evolves. Coaches increase the challenge, refine technique, review progress, and help you avoid the plateau that often comes from repeating the same workouts.

 Common Questions

Know What to Expect
Before You Start.

Do I need strength-training experience?+

No. Coaches teach the movements and recommend an appropriate starting point. The training is adjusted to your current ability and confidence level.

Is everyone doing the exact same workout?+

The session may share a common structure, but exercises, resistance, range of motion, and progression can be adjusted for each member.

What if I have an injury or physical limitation?+

Share relevant limitations during your initial conversation. Coaches can use modifications, progressions, and regressions, then recommend whether Small Group or a more specialized starting point is appropriate.

How is this different from a group fitness class?+

Small Group Personal Training is built around coaching, structured progression, and individual adjustments. Les Mills classes provide instructor-led group fitness and serve a different role.

How do I know whether this is the right program for me?+

You do not have to decide alone. Start with a conversation and let a coach understand your goals, needs, schedule, experience, and current ability before making a recommendation.
