Matt at Revolution really takes the time not only to instruct you through workouts but actually takes the time to understand your overall health goals and can work with you in so many ways including diet, nutrition, help with supplements and others as well. Highly recommend. Great community

If you're looking for small-group personal training, Revolution Fitness is the BEST choice in the area!! I've been to a lot of gyms and personal trainers and this has been my best experience yet. After two years of showing up 5 days a week I still look forward to showing up every day.
The other clients are all great people, real people, down-to-earth and fun to spend time with.
Matt is the head trainer and brings his A-game every day! Fantastic guy and super knowledgeable about strength training as well as food/diet strategies for better health and getting you lean and looking fit!! He really is committed to everyone meeting and exceeding their goals, no matter how widely varied.

There are three large traditional gyms within five miles of my home and work. I have belonged to all three at one time or another. Hated going to the gym. Until I saw an ad on Instagram for Revolution Fitness in Flanders. Now I love lifting heavy weights in a positive, well coached environment. Matt knows each of his members abilities and keeps us challenged. Pretty life changing for me!
