WHY IS Revolution Fitness "PERSONAL TRAINING 2.0?"
Revolution Fitness coaches are experts in delivering Personalized Fitness, crafting tailored programs designed to meet your unique goals and needs.
Personalized Fitness is the best of Personal Training (an individualized workout and strong coach-client relationship), PLUS comprehensive assessment and consultation protocols, proper nourishment prescriptions and lifestyle coaching.
At Revolution Fitness, our coaches go beyond personalized fitness—they focus on developing your autonomy, self-accountability, and independence. Fitness is a lifelong journey, and while we aim to support you every step of the way, our ultimate goal is to equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed, with or without a coach.
If you’re new to the gym or need 1:1 support, your Revolution Fitness coach will guide you through proper movement patterns, ensuring you gain a solid understanding and confidence in your abilities. This approach means you won’t need a personal trainer counting your reps forever, ultimately saving you money while building the skills for long-term fitness success.
TRADITIONAL PERSONAL TRAINING
VS.
THE Revolution Fitness MODEL
Let’s compare the average traditional personal training scenario to training with us here at Revolution Fitness…
TRADITIONAL PERSONAL TRAINING
A new client signs up for a 3x per week personal training package at $80 per session for 1 month.
Monthly fees with an average personal trainer end up costing $1,000 or MORE ($960 for personal training plus $40 per month for gym membership). While personal trainers may provide motivation and accountability in the short term, the focus often isn’t on teaching independence or building lasting habits. Clients can feel stuck, reliant on their trainer without truly understanding the “why” behind their workouts.
Another common drawback is the lack of variety or adaptability in traditional programs. Many trainers use cookie-cutter plans that aren’t personalized to address individual needs, making progress slow or stagnant. Add to that the absence of a supportive community, and working out can start to feel isolating instead of inspiring.
After just a few months, clients are left asking: What have I actually learned? Am I closer to achieving my goals? The reality is, traditional personal training often prioritizes short-term gains over long-term transformation, leaving clients dependent and disconnected.
THE Revolution Fitness METHOD
Revolution Fitness clients work out in a private studio with a small group of fellow members.
An Revolution Fitness coach is on the gym floor at all times to ensure the safety and proper intensity of all members in the gym. The coach on the floor has access to each members’ personalized fitness program, so that they can coach that day’s session and share feedback with the coach working 1:1 with that member. At Revolution Fitness, our coaches are always present on the gym floor to ensure the safety and proper intensity for all members. With access to each member’s personalized fitness program, they can effectively guide the day’s session, providing real-time feedback and collaborating with the 1:1 coach to optimize progress and results.
All members work with a dedicated coach who looks at the big picture, designs their program and daily workouts, provides lifestyle and nutrition guidance, and meets with them for monthly consults to ensure progress.
And the best part?…
You get the same experience you would with a 1:1 trainer for around half the price (or less!)
